012_Market Cafeteria Fuji Zen (Obihiro City, Hokkaido)
仕事で忙殺される最近、自由時間は早朝のみという中で来訪した市場食堂ふじ膳(北海道帯広市)をご紹介します。
I would like to introduce Fujizen, a market cafeteria (Obihiro City, Hokkaido), which I visited recently because I was busy with work only in the early morning.

早朝より市場関係者のために営業しているふじ膳は働く方のための強い味方でありますが、早朝(6:30)より営業しているため市場関係者以外でも利用できるお得な食堂でもあります。
Fujizen, which is open for market participants from early morning, is a strong ally for working people, but since it is open from early morning (6:30), it is also a good-value dining room that can be used by non-market participants. I have.
今回は７月平日朝７時に来訪しました。
This time, I visited at 7 am on weekdays in July.
一番人気の特選海鮮丼は売り切れでしたが、なんとかすし定食はすべりこみでたのめました。

早朝時間帯でありますが、他のお客さんも結構来訪しており、人気の様がうかがえます。

併せてずっと気になっていました、お寿司屋さんが作るローストビーフ丼も頼んでみました。
At the same time, I ordered a roast beef bowl made by a sushi restaurant, which I’ve always been interested in.
食券機で購入後、カウンターで食券を渡してセルフのお茶をいれ、自分の番号が呼ばれるのを心を落ち着け待ちます。待ちます・・・
After purchasing at the ticket machine, hand over the ticket at the counter, make your own tea, and wait calmly for your number to be called. wait···
いざ呼び出しが来ると一目散にカウンターへ駆けつけ食事を受け取ります。
When a call comes, I rush to the counter and receive a meal.
依頼品と真剣な時間が過ぎます。
The request and the serious time have passed.
新鮮なネタを使用したすし定食と酢飯が敷かれた上に分厚いローストビーフが乗った一品は奇跡の一言です。
A sushi set meal using fresh ingredients, vinegared rice, and thick roast beef on top is a miracle word.
ペロリ完食です。
It’s a complete meal.
完食時まだ7時半過ぎです。夏の涼しい時間帯で一日が有効に使えます。
It’s still past 7:30 when the meal is finished. You can use the day effectively in the cool summer hours.
