そば屋八右ヱ門
5月のある日に幌加内町のそば屋八右ヱ門へいってみました。
One day in May, I went to Soba-ya Hachiemon in Horokanai Town.
当店はそばどころの幌加内町でも屈指の人気店で常に来訪者であふれ待ち時間の長いお店です。
Our shop is one of the most popular shops in Horokanai-cho, which is near by, and is always full of visitors and has a long waiting time.
この日は14時に訪問し、お昼時を外したおかげか以外にすいていました。
I visited at 14:00 on that day, and I was busy except because I missed lunch.
入店
これはチャンスとばかり迷わず来店です。
This is a chance to come to the store without hesitation.
ミシュランガイド（ピブグルマン）に掲載された内容が店内壁に掲示されています。
The contents of the Michelin Guide (Pib Gourmand) are posted on the inner wall of the restaurant.
新型コロナ感染症の対策も壁に掲示され、きちんと対応されていて好感が持てます。
Countermeasures for the new corona infection are also posted on the wall, and they are properly dealt with, which I like.
メニュー
メニューにはおいしそうな品名が並び、どれを注文するかすごく迷います。
The menu is lined with delicious product names, and I’m really confused about which one to order.
料理登場
人気メニューの二色天もりそば、親子丼を注文です。
I ordered the popular menu, Nisyoku Tenmori Soba and Oyakodon.
二食天もりそばは、天ぷらと細打ち2：8そば、太打ち10割田舎そばの2種類が一度に味わえる数量限定のメニューです。
Nisyoku Tenmori Soba is a limited-quantity menu where you can enjoy two types of soba, tempura and finely beaten 2: 8 soba, and thickly beaten 100% countryside soba at the same time.
親子丼はとろとろの卵が良いアクセントを放ち、かしわとの相性が絶品です。
Oyakodon has a thick egg that gives off a nice accent, and it goes well with wrinkles.
温かいそばも親子丼のセットでおいしくいただきます。
Warm soba is also delicious with a set of oyakodon.
すべておいしく完食し満足の言葉しかありません。
Everything is delicious and there are only words of satisfaction.
