とある日のお昼、無性にお寿司が食べたくなり「はま寿司」へ行ってみました。
One day, I had a craving for sushi and went to Hamazushi.
営業時間
はま寿司・旭川市東光店は平日営業時間11時から、土日祝日は10時開店のようです。
Hamazushi Asahikawa City Toko store seems to open from 11:00 on weekdays and 10:00 on weekends and holidays.
お昼の混雑時間を避けていったため、入り口で座席番号を発券し、すぐに座ることができました。
Since I wanted to avoid the lunch rush hour, I was able to get a seat number at the entrance and be seated right away.
お昼時間になるとたくさんおお客であふれています。人気店なので早めの来店をおすすめします。
At lunch time, it is full of customers. It’s a popular restaurant, so we recommend arriving early.
お茶はセルフで
着席後、セルフでおかれている湯呑へお茶を好みの量入れます。
After taking a seat, pour the desired amount of tea into the tea cup that is placed by yourself.
濃いめが好みなので、少し多めにお茶を入れました。
I like dark tea, so I added a little more tea.
はし箱
座席においている箸箱側面に醤油の解説が書いてあります。美味しくお寿司を食べるためのこだわりを感じます。
A description of soy sauce is written on the side of the chopstick box at the seat. I feel the commitment to eat delicious sushi.
箸箱の中より箸を取りますがきれいに清掃され好感触です。
When I take the chopsticks out of the chopstick case, it is clean and feels good.
おすすめ商品が座席に貼り出されています。とても美味しそうです。
Recommended products are posted on the seats. It looks very delicious.
レーンの上にも広告があり北海道・東北祭りとしてのどぐろ、ぶりがおすすめのようです。
There is an advertisement on the lane, and it seems that Hokkaido and Tohoku festivals such as blackthroat seaperch and yellowtail are recommended.
注文は座席にある液晶タブレットより行います。どれも美味しそうで迷います。
Orders are placed on the LCD tablet at your seat. All of them look delicious and I’m lost.
注文した料理の数々
甘エビ香る塩ラーメン380円の到着です。塩スープがたまりません。
It is the arrival of 380 yen salt ramen with sweet shrimp. I can’t get enough of salt soup.
安定のマグロを注文します。
I order the stable tuna.
茶碗蒸しも外せません。
Chawanmushi is also a must-try.
マグロたたき巻100円も忘れず食べます。
Don’t forget to eat the tuna tataki rolls for 100 yen.
ローストビーフが寿司の上に鎮座して口の中で溶けます。
The roast beef sits on top of the sushi and melts in your mouth.
サバの焼き加減がたまりません。
The grilled mackerel is irresistible.
エビはぷりぷりです。
Shrimp is plump.
あさり汁が体に優しいです。
The clam soup is gentle on the body.
マグロのラッシュです。幸せです。
It’s a tuna rush. Is happy.
数量限定まかない軍艦165円も、なんと美味しいのでしょう。
The Gunkan Gunkan (165 yen), which is only available in limited quantities, is also delicious.
肉もどんどん頼みます。至福の瞬間です。直火焼き牛カルビ165円
I keep ordering meat. It’s a moment of bliss. Fire-grilled beef short ribs 165 yen
奮発して、今が旬の北海道産真だち319円も食べます。
I splurge and eat seasonal Hokkaido madachi for 319 yen.
価格帯が違うことが食べた後のお皿より分かります。満足です。
You can tell from the plate after eating that the price range is different. Satisfied.
デザートも忘れず食べます。デザート・春の彩パルフェ418円。
